Private One-on-One Sessions
These are usually between 90 minutes to two hours long. The breathwork itself is about one hour in length plus time for the integration processes. It is not necessary to share any story prior to doing the breathwork - the breath does it all without the need for mental involvement. Music is carefully chosen to suit you and to vibrate with each energy center in the body in progression.
It is recommended that people do around ten sessions, but George always advises people to do one session just to experience it. Then they can decide whether or not to take the full amount likely to lead to the profound change you might be looking for. That´s not to say that one session isn´t going to be transformational in itself - it is certainly likely to be so. It just depends how far you wish to go.
